aigf.online is operated as an independent informational and referral site. There is no contact form on this page by design: forms attract automated abuse and would mean collecting personal data we would rather not hold. Email reaches a person.

1. Email

Write to legal@aigf.online. Put the category in the subject line — for example "DMCA notice", "privacy request", "safety report" or "correction" — so it reaches the right queue quickly.

2. What to include

• The domain and the exact URL your message is about.
• The category of the request.
• A clear description of the issue and the outcome you are asking for.
• Any evidence needed to assess it, such as a rights registration or a screenshot.
• A reply address you actually monitor.

3. Response times

We aim to acknowledge messages within three business days. Safety reports are handled ahead of everything else. Rights and privacy requests are answered within the period required by the applicable law. General enquiries may take longer during busy periods.

4. What we cannot help with

We do not operate the chat platforms linked from this Site. We cannot access, reset or delete a partner account, refund a subscription, recover a conversation history, or intervene in a billing dispute. Those requests must go to the platform's own support channel, which is listed inside its account settings.

5. Rights and takedown requests

Copyright, likeness and personality-rights matters follow the process on the DMCA and Rights Requests page. Sending them there in the correct format is the fastest route to a resolution.

6. Privacy requests

Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict or port personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy. We may ask for enough information to locate the relevant records, and we use that information only for that purpose.

7. Safety reports

Report anything that appears to involve minors, non-consensual material or a real person's likeness immediately, marking the subject line urgent. These reports are prioritised above all other correspondence and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant authorities.

8. Corrections

If a factual statement on this Site is out of date or wrong — a feature that changed, a price that moved, a limit that shifted — tell us and point to the source. Corrections are welcome and we do not require a formal complaint to make one.

9. Partnership and media

Partnership, advertising and press enquiries go to the same address with a clear subject line. Unsolicited guest-post, link-insertion and SEO outreach is not accepted and is not answered.

10. Please do not send

Do not email payment card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, medical information or intimate images. If you send them anyway, we delete them once the matter is closed.

11. Language and format

Correspondence is handled in English. Plain text is preferred. Attachments over a few megabytes may be rejected by the mail server, so link to large files instead.

12. Accessibility problems

If something on this Site is unusable with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or at a high zoom level, that is a defect and we want to hear about it. Describe the page, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and what you expected to happen. Accessibility fixes are treated as bugs rather than feature requests, and they are prioritised accordingly.

13. How we handle your message

Messages are read by a person, not routed through an automated triage system. We keep the thread only as long as needed to resolve the matter and to evidence that it was handled, then it is deleted. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, we do not use your address for marketing, and we do not pass it to partners.

14. Escalation

If a request has not been acknowledged within ten business days, resend it with "escalation" in the subject line and the original date in the first line. That routes it past the normal queue. Repeatedly resending the same message inside the response window does the opposite and slows everything down.

15. Abuse of this channel

Threats, harassment and deliberately false claims made through this address are not engaged with, are retained as a record, and may be reported. Automated submissions and bulk outreach are filtered before a person ever sees them.

16. Age requirement

This is an 18+ service. Correspondence from anyone under 18 will not be engaged with beyond confirming that access is not permitted, and any details supplied in such a message are deleted immediately.
